Make sure connection between PA960 and the PC, by checking the below icon in the System Tray

At the PA960 select the Remote Desktop connection

Enter the Name or IP Adress of the Server.

This will then give the screens from the PC to the

PA960 and sent back the mouse moves/click and keypad entries.
